Horseradish sauce goes great with beef!
Here we have it with a Midwest Prime Dry Aged NY Strip Steak, but you can pair it with any steak cut.
Makes ½ cup
Ingredients Needed:

½ cup sour cream
-
1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
-
Kosher salt, to taste

Chives, for garnish
Instructions:
- Place sour cream, prepared horseradish, and salt in a small bowl. Mix until well-combined. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
- Garnish with chives.
- Serve on grilled meats or roasted veggies.
- Store sauce, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
