This box will include 11 to 14 pounds of steaks, other premium cuts, and ground meats. This is a Farmer's Choice order. What does that mean? You tell us whether you'd like just beef or a mix of beef and pork, how many people you typically cook for, and any favorite or least favorite cuts and your farmer will pack your order with this information in mind.
