Pasture Raised Berkshire Pork- Hormone & Antibiotic Free

This pork will be delivered to This Old Farm Processing in Colfax, Indiana on January 15th, 2025.

Cost to purchase the hog from Midwest Prime is $3.50 per pound carcass (hanging) weight. Price does not include processing. Average carcass weight for a whole hog would be approximately 170-190 lbs. A deposit of $300 will reserve one hog in your name. Final cost will be calculated on January 17th, 2025 after the processor weighs the hogs, with the remaining balance due to Midwest Prime at that time.

Buyer would submit their cut instructions to the processor via the processors website by January 15th. We would be happy to do this for you, if you would prefer. Standard processing for a whole hog starts at $270 and is due to the processor at time of pick-up.  Buyer is responsible for pick-up of their meat cuts from This Old Farm and Processing in Colfax, Indiana.
